Software Quality Management Office (SQMO)

The Software Quality Management Office (SQMO) is aligned with the Project Management Office (PMO) of Sofis Solutions, as both focus on meeting objectives and maintaining the quality of a given project, ensuring delivery timelines, error detection and correction, resource optimization, and minimizing maintenance costs.

The main mission of the Software Quality Management Office is to ensure compliance with Sofis Solutions' testing quality strategy and policies, through the implementation of methodologies, standards, and tools that guarantee the delivery of reliable and high-quality solutions.
