At Sofis Solutions, we offer technology solutions, consulting services, and training to support and address—as stated in our mission—the challenges faced by organizations and communities through smart, secure, sustainable, and people-centered solutions that generate real value in the contexts where they are implemented and make an impact. We focus on providing innovative and customized solutions for each client to meet their expectations and fulfill the agreed-upon requirements.

We work under a process-oriented and proactive approach through risk and opportunity assessment. We have a Quality Management System, developed according to international standards, supported by technology and digitalization to achieve its objectives. The established processes are defined, institutionalized, supported by tools and based on internationally recognized models. We also ensure that environmental and infrastructure conditions are adequate and commit to their improvement.

We are characterized by maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, providing them with transparent information about our processes, periodically evaluating their expectations and satisfaction, and managing an incident resolution system. We also develop lasting relationships with our suppliers and strategic alliances with those considered key to the business.

Sofis Solutions' collaborators constitute its greatest asset. We value the high level of training of the personnel that is part of the organization; we demonstrate this through the ongoing updating of competencies and the obtaining of international certifications by our entire team. This training is aimed at improving attitudes, experiences and skills.

The integration of sustainable practices is key in our processes, as a means of contributing to responsible development. Within this context, this policy is framed by strict compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements, and the application of responsible ethical, environmental and social policies, also committing to practices for the eradication of child and forced labor.

Management leads and commits to complying with the processes established in the Quality Management System, and ensures their alignment with the defined strategy, in order to achieve continuous improvement of it and of the services and products generated, as well as to achieve compliance with the quality objectives and this policy.
