More informationThis project aims to manage budget modification requests for the National Budget and Accountability Reports. In this way, each section (agency) submits its request through the application, and it is evaluated by the various institutions involved in the process (MEF-UPN, MEF-CGN, OPP), generating the corresponding documentation in each case. The project incorporates advanced electronic signature for signing the documents (reports) generated within each department.
This system aims to formulate and monitor the articles for the preparation of the National Budget Bill and its follow-up in each chamber and instance. Through the system, each public agency proposes the articles for the National Budget and Accountability Reports, which are then reviewed, evaluated, and approved by those involved in the process, leaving a traceability record of the actions taken.
The system is used by users from different budget sections to enter article proposals, submit them for evaluation, and track them through various stages. Additionally, the system generates documents (spreadsheets and text documents) containing the costs and texts of the articles.
