United Nations Global Compact - Communication on Progress

Montevideo, August 12, 2019.

Today, the Communication on Progress (COP) 2018-2019 was presented, established under the United Nations Global Compact. This is a voluntary initiative based on commitments to implement universal sustainability principles and take action to support the UN goals.

The full version of the document can be downloaded via this link, and it is addressed to our stakeholders, employees, collaborators, clients, as well as beneficiaries of our solutions.

The document presents the progress and work carried out on the 10 principles of the Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on which the company focuses:

SDG 1 - End poverty in all its forms everywhere.

SDG 3 - Ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.

SDG 4 - Quality education.

SDG 5 - Gender equality.

SDG 6 - Clean water and sanitation.

SDG 7 - Affordable and clean energy.

SDG 8 - Decent work and economic growth.

SDG 9 - Industry, innovation, and infrastructure.

SDG 12 - Responsible consumption and production.

SDG 13 - Climate action.

SDG 16 - Peace, justice, and strong institutions.

SDG 17 - Partnerships for the goals.

The document also reaffirms the commitment of partners and directors in working towards achieving these goals.
