"Digital Government: Experiences and a Practical Approach to Implementation" is the name of the webinar series being developed and conducted by Sofis Solutions. Through this series, the company will share its experience in demonstrating how modernization strategies create public value and contribute to citizen well-being and the strengthening of public trust in governments.
Sofis Solutions launched a new Webinar Series titled: "Digital Government: Experiences and a Practical Approach to Implementation", consisting of six webinars that will take place over the coming months, led by experts in the field. Part of the agenda focuses on understanding how Digital Government strategies are designed, the pillars that measure national competitiveness and innovation, and the key components of Digital Government.
This initiative aims to promote and disseminate the positive impact of Digital Government strategies related to the modernization of public management and the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), which are key to improving citizens’ quality of life by enhancing public services, increasing transparency in processes, and developing an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable model.
The first webinar was presented by Mtr. Cristian Portillo, Senior Consultant in Digital Government Strategies, who addressed the topic: "Digital Government as a Pillar of National Competitiveness." The presenter shared the methods and criteria used to evaluate countries’ competitiveness and innovation levels. He also highlighted the pillars measuring global indicators and the key components of Digital Transformation.
At the conclusion of the webinar, Mtr. Portillo thanked the participants who joined the first session and invited them to continue attending the upcoming webinars, where Sofis Solutions will share how Digital Government and Digital Transformation documents are structured and managed, the elements forming Digital Agendas, and key tools and considerations for implementing Digital Government based on the company’s experience.
