Sofis Solutions El Salvador recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in ICT – 2024

Sofis Solutions El Salvador was selected as one of the Best Places to Work in Information and Communication Technologies 2024.

Each year, Great Place To Work® publishes a ranking of companies recognized as one of the Best Places to Work®️ in the Information and Communication Technologies sector. This year, Sofis Solutions El Salvador received this prestigious recognition, ranking No. 24 out of 25 organizations selected in the Caribbean and Central America.

The distinction is awarded to organizations that excel in building work cultures with high levels of trust among employees, focused on transforming the work experience through the implementation and execution of policies, practices, and processes in favor of human capital.

In May 2023, Sofis Solutions El Salvador received the Great Place To Work® Caribbean and Central America certification in El Salvador for promoting policies and implementing best practices aimed at improving the quality of life of its employees.

During this process, Sofis Solutions conducted an Organizational Climate and Culture Diagnosis with its employees to identify strengths and areas for improvement regarding the values of credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, with trust being the core value. The evaluation also assessed how employees experience the company culture and reviewed processes, policies, and human capital practices. The result of this diagnosis was an overall score of 89% out of 100%, exceeding the minimum score required by Great Place To Work® of 70%.
