04 · RESPONSIBLE AI IN THE PROFESSION

AI-enhanced engineering, governed

We use AI copilots and agents in the development lifecycle (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.), with our AI Management Policy (ISO/IEC 42001) framing their use. AI accelerates, engineers decide.

Institutional program

My first job creating public value

We used to call it "My first job in IT". The name has changed, not the spirit: we still believe that the best way to learn how to build software is by doing it on real projects, with close mentorship and a public-purpose mindset.

We are looking for candidates with a solid technical background and a motivation to work on projects with public impact.
