The Comprehensive Assistance Management System is a platform designed to optimize and digitalize the management of requests and services offered by ASSE’s Comprehensive Assistance Executing Unit. This system allows for efficient administration of dental requests (such as orthodontics, endodontics, and prosthodontics), ophthalmological services (monofocal, multifocal, and contact lenses), and other essential services such as breast prostheses, diapers, wheelchairs, anti-decubitus mattresses, walkers, and more. With functionalities covering everything from request submission to authorization and subsequent follow-up, the system ensures an agile, transparent, and traceable workflow, benefiting ASSE staff, their families, and users who manage information from the Ministry of Public Health throughout the country.
