Students from the Fundación Forge visited Sofis Solutions with the aim of learning what we do, the projects, and the technologies we use. Among the technologies and platforms, Genexus was explored in depth, since these students receive training in this tool. During the activity, the students were also able to ask questions and raise concerns, particularly regarding work skills and the company’s values.
The Training and Employment Program of Fundación Forge is aimed at young Latin Americans from low-income segments. 80% of the young people who complete the training program at Forge achieve quality employment.
This activity is part of Sofis Solutions’ Social Responsibility efforts, in which the company participates and engages, with an emphasis on community relations and technological inclusion.
