Montevideo, June 12, 2017.
Today, the new portal of the Uruguayan Postal Service (Correo Uruguayo), developed by Sofis Solutions, was launched. This portal features a design that incorporates best practices in web usability and accessibility for improved user experience.
Among the services included in the portal are:
- Institutional information, including transparency data
- Products and services
- Online procedures
- Among others.
The portal is developed using Liferay® Portal Community Edition. Liferay is a web platform that includes multiple commonly used features (called portlets), allowing the construction of institutional portals based on them, as well as the addition of specific features for each case.
