Within the framework of its commitment to innovation, the company prioritizes continuous training, specialization, and certification of its professionals as key elements to improve quality, competitiveness, and the positive impact of its initiatives on the market and society. In this context, it promoted the participation of its Innovation Manager in the PYME + Innovadora Program by the Ministry of Economy of El Salvador, aiming to obtain the GIMI Level 1: Innovation Associate certification, awarded by the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), an internationally renowned entity dedicated to establishing excellence standards in innovation management.
Level 1: Innovation Associate certifies the ability to identify innovation opportunities, design creative processes, and generate disruptive solutions in various business environments. This certification is intended for professionals interested in understanding the fundamentals of business innovation, as well as the processes and tools necessary to develop innovative ideas that drive growth and competitiveness in their organizations.
The achievement of this certification is part of the second edition of the PYME + Innovadora Program, an initiative by the Ministry of Economy of El Salvador, executed in collaboration with INNBOX and SANDBOX, specialists in corporate innovation. This program aims to foster a culture of business innovation in El Salvador and strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting their development and sustainability in a dynamic and competitive environment.
According to Sofis Solutions’ executives, this certification reinforces their strategic focus on innovation, enabling them to design more creative and efficient solutions for their clients. They also highlighted their ongoing commitment to the professional development of their talent as part of their vision for excellence and sustainable growth.

This program directly benefited over 60 companies and trained more than 75 leaders, including business owners, general managers, and directors of strategic areas, providing them with the necessary tools to successfully face the challenges of a competitive and constantly evolving global environment.
