On December 1, 2015, the State Purchasing and Contracting Agency carried out the PREGON purchasing modality through bidding.
The IT system supporting this solution was developed by Sofis Solutions and implements all the functionalities so that the process can be conducted 100% online. This system also incorporates the WCAG web accessibility guidelines, continuing the commitment to include the population in information technologies.
